PURPOSE: A hen cutting apparatus is provided, which can double efficiency of work by cutting the hen in a desired size by one pressing process. CONSTITUTION: A hen cutting apparatus comprises: a frame member(10) in which a through-hole(11) corresponding to the external line of the hen to cut is formed; lots of blades(20) in which holes are installed to be divided into the sector(12); a lower holder member in which a displacement space connected to the through-hole is formed and a frame member is installed to be inserted; and a top punch member(40) which moves to the through-hole vertically.
