FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, particularly absorbent articles used for incontinence cases. Absorbent article includes absorbent core positioned between internal cover sheet and external cover sheet. Additionally article includes at least one securing unit keeping the article in folded or rolled state during removal. The securing unit features securing element for attachment to at least a part of external cover sheet, a pulling catch, and pocket where securing unit is positioned when not used. Pulling catch sticks out of the pocket to let pull the securing unit out of the pocket if necessary. ^ EFFECT: reduced risk of undesirable opening or separation of securing unit keeping article in folded or rolled position until the article is ready for removal, protection of securing unit against stains and damage. ^ 9 cl, 8 dwg |
