PURPOSE: A plane heating sheet with an electrically conductive part consisting of powdered silver and a method of the same are provided to adhere a conductive part firmly to be a carbon layer by forming a conductive part made of the powdered silver. CONSTITUTION: A plane heating sheet with an electrically conductive part consisting of a powdered silver and a method of the same are comprised of the steps: arranging a first reinforcing sheet(20) and a second reinforcing sheet(50); covering a carbon composition with a carbon(30) on the first reinforcing sheet, drying it, and forming the carbon layer; forming a conductive part(40) made of the powdered silver by printing and drying it; and attaching a second reinforcing sheets on the conductive part. |
