PURPOSE: A log in method by using a portable device, a system thereof and a server capable of automatically logging the system are provided to prevent the damage about hacking by selectively logging in the portable device by using encrypted log in information. CONSTITUTION: A log in method by using a portable device, a system thereof and a server capable of automatically logging the system are as follows. A portable device log in server transmits a main page without logging in the user terminal(S320). The portable device login server receives the mobile application login request signal from the user terminal(S330). The mobile application login server transmits the log-in information request signal about the mobile application login server to the user terminal(S340). The mobile application login server confirms whether the login information answer signal is certified(S360).
