Dumper car consists of body, trucks with wheels, wheel axle journals being fitted in axle boxes (4), and air operated braking system. At least one of axles (4) accommodates hydraulic cylinder (8) communicated with spare reservoir, cylinder rods braking wheel pair via levers (18) and shoes (19). Pistons 9 of pneumatic cylinder (8) are loaded by compression spring (10) and can be pin-jointed together. When dumper car is uncoupled from locomotive for long, brakes get exhausted, shoes (19) are forced by spring (10) into space between axle box and hub to rule out wheel rotation. ^ EFFECT: higher reliability. ^ 3 dwg |
