PURPOSE: A dynamic gas spring with a gradient section is provided to open a door stably at the desired speed and to prevent an impact or vibration between the piston and the cylinder at the maximum extension of the piston. CONSTITUTION: A dynamic gas spring includes a cylinder, a piston, and a piston rod. The gas spring(100) is pivoted to a fixture on one end and to a door on the other, and assists opening and closing of the door. The cylinder(110) has a first pivot fixing unit(112) pivoted to one of the fixture and the door, and a gradient section(II) which is filled with has at higher pressure than the atmospheric pressure and tapered in the longitudinal direction. The piston moves inside the cylinder in the longitudinal direction to passes through the gradient section. The piston rod(130) extends from the piston to the outside of the cylinder, and has a second pivot fixing unit(132) pivoted to the other of the fixture and the door.
