PURPOSE: A magnetic rotating apparatus is provided to generate rotating energy without fuel consumption by combining the repulsive force of permanent magnets and heat energy by wind, hydroelectric or solar power generation. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic rotating apparatus comprises a rotation energy generating unit(1) including permanent magnets and a rotor, an inertia rotor(2) fitted with permanent magnets, a crank type rotating unit(3) including crank shafts and permanent magnets, and energy generating equipment using wind, hydroelectric or solar power generation.
