PURPOSE: A sensor circuit using a capacitive sensor is provided to reduce the whole size of a semiconductor IC and power consumption by implementing all elements excluding a capacitor, an optical diode, and a buzzer. CONSTITUTION: In a sensor circuit using a capacitive sensor, a sensor(230) outputs a comparison signal by using a result of a comparison signal. An output unit(280) outputs at least one of a sound and a light corresponding to the comparison result in response to a least one reference signal. A capacitor(Cs1) for a sensor comparison receives the signal for the sensor comparison, and the capacitor for electrostatic capacity receives a signal for the sensor comparison. An amplification block produces a compare reference signal and the sensing signal. |
