PURPOSE: A display device with a touch panel is provided to prevent the deterioration of characteristic of the display device having a touch panel. CONSTITUTION: A display device with a touch panel comprises a display panel, a touch panel of the electrostatic capacity coupling method of being arranged on the side of the viewing side of the display panel. The touch panel includes a second electrode, and a second part(1b, 2b). The second electrode is mounted in a first direction, and extended to second direction crossing with a plurality of a first electrode. The second part is formed in a different layer from the second electrode, and a first part(1a, 2a) crossing with one of the plural electrodes and a plurality of second electrode are separately formed. The first part is electrically connected to the second part through the contact hole formed in the insulating layer between the second electrodes of a plurality of first part. |
