AN OVAL TWIN COIL TAPING MACHINE

摘要

PURPOSE: A tapper of an oval twin-coil is provided to remove the manufacturing cost but to increase the quality and productivity by automating a tipping process. CONSTITUTION: A tapper of an oval twin-coil comprises a clamping member(110), a tapping member(120) and a control member(130). The clamping member clamps a coil to rotate along with a turntable(112) with clamps(114a~114b). The tapping member taps the coil rotating along with the turntable. The control member controls the torque of a rotator(122) with a signal from a sensor. The control member controls the signal making the coil down with being un-clapped while the clamp is approaching to the rotator. The control member is lifted and passes through the rotator in order to control the signal clamping the coil.
