The articulate surface of neocavity is transferred on a surface of cotyloid cavity and fixed with a compression screw and lavsan fibres. While forming cotyloid cavity, osteotomies of iliac, pubic and sciatic bones are in addition followed with transposition of acetabular fragment and stabilisation with Kirschner's wires. ^ EFFECT: method allows for more anatomical adjustment of neocavity with the apparent one. ^ 4 dwg
