FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control over traction force of locomotive wheels. Proposed method comprises measuring adhesion characteristics of first axle and measuring adhesion characteristics of at least another axle that makes second axle. In includes also using the data specifying second axle adhesion characteristics to generate signal designed to control cumulative slippage and required for controller that drives first axle.
