A fully enclosed pack is provided with a gusset (100) that is capable of bei ng formed from a blank (10) without the use of tucker fingers. Nicks (130) are provided between the side end panel (52) and tuck-in panels (106) of the carton. As the side end panels (52, 48, 60, 56) are folded, the nicks (130) help pull the tuck-in panels (106, 116, 86, 96) inwardly to allow the gusset of the carton to take form without the use of tucker fingers in a folding/gluing operation.
