PURPOSE: An environment-friendly tile adhesive is provided to improve residential environment by lowering volatile organic compound and formaldehyde, which are causal factor of sick house syndrome. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly tile adhesive comprises water dispersible acryl emulsion 20~30 weight%, water 20~30 weight% as a dilution solvent, filler 40~55 weight%, dispersing agent 0.03~0.1 weight%, thickening agent 1~6 weight%, ph controlling agent 0.1~1 weight%, and film forming agent 0.01~0.1 weight%. The water dispersible acryl emulsion is MMA(Methyl MethacrylAte) and BAM(Butyl Acrylate Monomer), and sodium bisulfate polymerizate. |
