FIELD: information technologies. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for dealing with content consists of memory, processor for controlling the operation of the above device in compliance with software stored in the above memory, and content view display; at that, the above memory consists of software application made with the possibility of scrolling the content on the above display in the application window and containing the following: at least two logically different scroll bars in one and the same application window; at that, each of the above scroll bars provides scrolling relative to one and the same direction of the content's orientation; the above scroll bars control various content parts, and at least some part of the above content which is controlled with one of the above logically various scroll bars.
