FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns traumatology and orthopaedics and can be applied in miner's elbow surgery. From both sides of bursa, there are two paraolecronal sections of length 1.0-3.0 cm with dissecting skin, hypoderm, fascia and synovial membrane. Bursa contents are removed. A penetrating drainage is delivered through said sections. The arm is bent in elbow joint at the angle 90-100. The drainage is removed after termination wound discharge. ^ EFFECT: method allows reducing risk of osteomyelitis development and recovering limb function. ^ 1 ex, 3 dwg |
