PURPOSE: An apparatus for supplying power is provided to remove effectually leakage current by insulating the DC power voltage and voltage transformer part in case the enable pulse signal is a low state. CONSTITUTION: The voltage transformer(CV) consists of an inductor(L1) and a diode(D1). The comparison voltage offer part(Rsense) provides the comparison voltage as the pulse-width modulating signal offer part(OP). The second switching element(Q12) is activated in the high state of the enable pulse signal(on/off). The third switching element(Q13) is connected to the second switching element and the second switching element is activated. The second switching element is the npn BJT(Bipolar Junction Transistor). The third switching elements are the pnp BJT(Bipolar Junction Transistor).
