PURPOSE: A tire tread rubber composition is provided to improve dispersibility of carbon black on which surface is treated and enhance process. CONSTITUTION: A tire tread rubber composition contains 10-80 weight parts of surface-treated carbon black and 5-30 weight parts of reinforcing filler based on the 100 weight parts of raw rubber. The reinforcing filler is selected from silica, titanium dioxide, clay, layered silicate, tungsten, talc, and syndiotactic-1,2-polybutadiene (SPB).
