The invention relates to liquid (solution) heaters in sugar industry and can be used in other areas of industry. A centrifugal steam-contact heater has two cylindrical placed coaxially vessels with conical covers, nozzles for injection of liquid and steam, nozzles for injection of heated liquid and gases that are not condensed, at that on inner vessel tangential planar nozzles are installed. It is equipped as well with steam chamber and guide device for liquid in the upper section of the heater. Inner plates of tangential planar nozzles by their upper section and connected even with cylindrical surface of the heater. The invention provides intensification of heat exchange process, improvement of distribution of liquid on heating surface and decrease of scale formation. |
