PURPOSE: An olive oil composition and a method for manufacturing filtered olive oil are provided to prevent decline of smoke point and effectively remove smell. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing filtered olive oil comprises: a step of heating raw olive oil at specific temperature (S110); a step of repeating filtering process one or more times (S120,130); a step of mixing separated oil and absorbing agent then removing impurities (S 140); and a step of volatilizing smell component (S150).
