A method for intensifying extraction of heparin from the lungs of the slaughtered animals comprises the washing and the mincing of the lungs, the extraction of the chop with the extractant ( of cooking salt in of water) at the ratio of 1:2 followed by the mixing, the settlement, and the filtration. Upon the following extraction and precipitation, the final product is conditioned. To extractant solution, butanol is added in the volume of 0.5±0.02 mL per 10 mL. |
