The invention relates to the branch of powder metallurgy, namely to the composition of antifriction material, the method of its manufacturing and to the element of friction unit made using the antifriction material. An antifriction material in the form of sintered powders of ferrophosphorus, iron, disulfide of molybdenum, boron and boron oxide, copper or its alloys, carbonic fibers or threads, locally included granules, which contain copper and graphite, and a carbon-containing component and, at least, one additional component selected from the group: tin, zinc. A method of manufacturing the antifriction material includes fabrication of granules by granulation of the first mixture of powders, which contains the powders of graphite and copper, mixing granules with the second mixture of powders, which contains the powders of ferrophosphorus, iron, disulfide of molybdenum, boron and boron oxide, copper or its alloys, carbon-containing component and carbonic fibers or threads, and sintering the components of antifriction material, in the case to the components of the second mixture of the powders of antifriction material at least one additional component selected from the group: tin, zinc, is added. An element of friction unit includes a bearing element with a layer of said antifriction material. The invention ensures reduction of the coefficient of friction to less than 0.04, increase of wear resistance of the antifriction material and a counterbody from nonferrous metals, in particular cover plates of slides of current collectors of electric locomotives. |
