METHOD FOR INTEGRAL ASSESSMENT OF NON-SPECIFIC ANTICANCER RESISTANCE OF BODY BY REACTION OF CANCEROLYSIS

A method for the integral assessment of the non-specific anticancer resistance of the body by reaction of cancerolysis comprises assaying the lysis of cancer cells by the blood serum or plasma of the donor lacking the specific immunity against the assayed cancer cells. The reaction mixture contains the specified volumes of the suspension of target cancer cells of the ascite form of the transplantable tumor of experimental animals and the whole or diluted blood serum or plasma of the host lacking the specific immunity against the assayed cancer cells. The mixture is incubated for a specified time at a specified temperature. At the end of incubation, the target cells are counted in hemocytometer. The suspension of target cells obtained from the ascite of the animal with transplanted tumor is diluted to the working concentration with isotonic saline solution without washing it from the ascite fluid.
