The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular, to foundry. A method for production of conditioning agent comprises the preparation of powder components of conditioning agent, their mixing with binding agent and formation in rolling devices, at that separately taken powders of plastic and non-plastic components of conditioning agents are mixed, and powders of plastic components of conditioning agents are used as binding agent, contents of particles of non-plastic powder components with size of 1-50 and 2000-3000 microns is less than 15 w/w of conditioning agent and total volume of plastic components of conditioning agent is 30 to 50 % of total volume of components of conditioning agents with relative packed density of powders of plastic components less than 0.4, and non-plastic components – from 0.4 to 0.65, at that smaller relative packed density of powders of plastic components corresponds to smaller relative packed density of powders of non-plastic components, and larger corresponds to larger one. Technical result of invention: production of conditioning agents without addition of additional binding agent, at that conditioning agents have required density and strength. |
