The invention relates to rolling engineering and can be used on the continuous rolling mills, for example, breakdown stands with reduction not more than 90 % and drawing up to 25 units. The stand can be used instead of 8… 10 roughing stands of longitudinal rolling of said mills, and also for tube rolling. The stand contains a roll mechanism with its housing, which is located in a rotary housing of stand, and actuators of the rolls and rotary housing of stand, which are located in the fixed housing of stand. The axes of working rolls are inclined at angletoward the axis of rolling and are displaced relative to the latter. The roll mechanism with its housing is installed with possibility of displacement perpendicular to the axis of rolling at a distance, which is equal to the shortest distance between the centers of rolling and roll. The working rolls have a profile, which is described by mathematical function, and a particular length. The invention provides for development of a compact stand with minimum overall dimensions and with maximally possible rolls, which press out a billet with large drawing at minimum power consumption for the technology of reduction and specific wear of the deformation tool per ton of rolled metal. |
