PURPOSE: A door mounting device for a vehicle is provided to improve door quality of a vehicle by regulating the mounting position of a door accurately and to prevent falls or overturn of the door in moving or rotating the door. CONSTITUTION: A door mounting device for a vehicle includes a frame unit, first to third positioning units, a tilting unit, a clamping unit, a roller unit, and a sync unit. The frame unit(10) includes a base frame(11) provided to move on the floor of a work room through a ball caster installed on each corner of its bottom, a fixed frame(13) fixed to the base frame, and a jig frame(15) installed to ascend and descend on the fixed frame by the operation of a first working cylinder. The first positioning unit(20) is provided on the fixed frame to determine an opening angle of a door by a mounting distance between the open door and the vehicle body. The second positioning unit(30) is provided on the jig frame to determine installation height of the lower parts of the door and the vehicle body. The third positioning unit(40) is provided on the fixed frame to determine the mounting distance. The tilting unit(50) is installed the lower part of the jig frame via the supporting frame to control a vertical angle of the door by an installation height and a distance to the vehicle body. The clamping unit(70) is provided on the top of the jig frame to clamp the door. The roller unit(80) is provided on the jig frame to support a trim of the door. The sync unit(90) is provided on the base frame to press the base frame to a conveyor which transfers the vehicle body.
