PURPOSE: A P2P service method for downloading contents and a system thereof are provided to maintain a download speed of contents based on a streaming scheme by using another terminal when the network speed is decreased. CONSTITUTION: A P2P service method for downloading contents comprises the steps of: receiving specific contents from another user terminal based on streaming scheme(S410); trying connection with a central server when the P2P connection is failed(S420); receiving the address information related to a user terminal of the same region when the connection with the central server is successful(S430); and receiving the specific contents from the other user terminal through the connection with the central server when the address information is received(S440). |
