PURPOSE: A device for composing a screen of rich media contents and a method thereof are provided to reduce a burden of insufficient terminal by available resource and increase the performance of the device. CONSTITUTION: A device for composing a screen of rich media contents is as follows. A transmitter transmits rich media contents to the terminal. A contents generating unit(600) generates the reach media content. The information shows the performance of the occurrence of the specific condition of the terminal or the specific event or the terminal. The information and reach media content is compared with each other. The serviced scene is organized the availability of scene composition data is selected. |
