A method for obtaining of sintering-ore from base oxidated iron ore comprises the ore grinding, its supply on cylindrical rotating surface of drum of high-gradient magnetic separator, effect of magnetic, gravitational,forces on particles of ore, subsequent distribution of feed stock on technological streams, starting from their magnetic properties. After the first stage grinding starting ore is carried out first stage of screen sizing, in result of which is obtained three products: fine-fraction, middling-fraction and large-fraction, at that fine-fraction product consists from particles which size does not exceed , middling-fraction consists from particles which size is 10-, and large-fraction consists from particles which size exceeds , at that is carried out magnetic separation of fine-fraction product, in result of which is obtained sintered ores and intermediate product, and is carried out second stage of grinding and connected with middling-fraction of large-fraction product, and is carried out second stage of grinding of united products, as a result of this is obtained under-screen fine-fraction product and over-screen product, size of particles of which are exceeded with , at that under-screen product by means magnetic separation is separated on sintered-ore and intermediate product, and is carried out three stage of grinding and three stage of screen sizing of over-screen product, as result of which is obtained under-screen product which size of particles is less than , and under-screen product presents stream from particles which size exceeds and then is carried out magnetic separation of under-screen product it is separated on sintered ore and intermediate product, at that is carried out magnetic separation of over-screen product it is separated on cleaning reject and magnetic product which is connected to ingoing stream which is moves on third stage of grinding. |
