The invention relates to the brakes with braking bodies, which are extended outside and interact with the internal drum surface, and it can be used in the drives of hoisting, building, road and other machines. A friction stop consists of a brake drum, shoes, crosspiece, springs and axles. The latter consist of two longitudinal halves and have inside spherical hollows. Axles are installed into openings of the crosspieces with possibility of longitudinal self-alignment. The shoes have spherical heads, which are enclosed by spherical hollows of halves of axles and are installed through cuts into conical bores of the crosspieces with possibility of angular self-alignment. Technical result: decrease of the number of excess connections of the mechanism of stop with simultaneous increase of the uniformity of separation of the efforts between the shoes. |
