Disclosed are novel derivatives of 7-hydroxy-5,6-diaryl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydroazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-7-carboxylic acids of general formula I, IwhereinХ=СН, N;Ar=CH, 4-Cl-CH, 4-CHO-CH;Ar=CH, 4-CH-CH;and process for the preparation thereof which involves condensation of 5-amino-1,2,4-triazole or 5-aminotriazole with corresponding aryl ketopropionic acids having substituentsАrand aromatic aldehydes of formula ArCHO in ethyl alcohol in the presence of catalytic amounts of HCl under microwave exposure at temperature of 145-150 °Сfor 8-10 min. in one stage up to the preparation of corresponding product of structure I. The technical decision being disclosed enables to decrease the process time to 0.5 hours, to increase quality of compounds I and reaction yield thereof, provides preparation of great variety of azolopyrimidine derivatives for medicine, biology, pharmacy, agriculture etc. |
