PURPOSE: A method for preparing slices of shrimp flesh is provided to enable a consumer to taste shrimp with ease. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing slices of shrimp flesh comprises the following steps of: boiling live shrimps in water at 100°C for 5 minutes; removing the shells from the boiled shrimps; drying the shrimp fleshes; mashing the dried shrimp fleshes; and compressing the mashed shrimp fleshes to make the slices of shrimp flesh at 210~250°C. The water is a mixture of seawater and freshwater at a ratio of 1:1 by volume.
