<p>PURPOSE: A CDCA5 as a diagnosis marker and therapeutic agent for gastric cancer or colorectal cancer is provided to use as a indicator for treating and prognose gastric cancer or colorectal cancer. CONSTITUTION: A CDCA5 as a diagnosis marker and therapeutic agent for gastric cancer or colorectal cancer comprises an agent for measuring expression level of mRNA of CDCA5 or its protein. A kit for diagnosing gastric cancer or colorectal cancer is RT-PCR kit, DNA chip kit or protein chip kit. The method for measuring mRNA comprises PCR, competitive RT-PCR, RNase protection analysis, northern blotting or DNA chip.</p> |
