PURPOSE: A visible light element using a carbon nano tube and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to increase the durability and the luminous efficiency using a carbon nanotube in which the structure is fixed. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of visible light element using a carbon nano tube includes the following contents. An insulating layer(11) is formed on an upper part of substrate(10). Two metal posts include the first metal layer(12), a catalyst layer(13), and the second metal layer(14). A plurality of carbon nano tubes(15A,15B) are formed without contacting the catalyst layer.
