PURPOSE: A probe substrate and a probe card including the same are provided to reduce a manufacturing cost and a maintenance cost by simplifying manufacture and repair. CONSTITUTION: A probe card(100) includes a printed circuit board(200), one or more probe substrates(500), and one or more probes(600). The probe substrates include a main body part and a through hole. The main body part is positioned on the printed circuit board. The through hole penetrates the main body part. The probe includes a probe main body part and a probe lead part. The probe main body part is supported in the probe substrate. The probe lead part is extended from the probe main body part to the printed circuit board. |
