PURPOSE: A selection of male pig with bad breeding is provided to easily predict individual with bad breeding. CONSTITUTION: A selection of male pig with bad breeding comprises: a step of adding sperm to H3325 solution than culturing; a step of removing excessive dyeing; a step of removing supernatant and dyeing CTC solution to dye; and a step of observing death or live of the dye sperm and predicting the number of sperm.
