A method for examining the lacrimal gland in human comprises the study of the spatial organization of the glandular epithelium as a whole with microcirculation bed. The provisory dense model based on the transparent film washed from emulsion is studied. For the final plastic reconstruction of the epithelial complexes of the lacrimal gland, the wax plates are arranged spatially.
