A method of producing wheels of rail transport by consumable patterns with crystallization under pressure includes preparation of an extrusion chamber, producing a painted cellular polystyrene pattern and its installation into a foundry container and molding thereof by a friable filler, connection of the foundry container with the extrusion chamber, filling into the extrusion chamber of liquid fusion, application by a punch of external efforts of extrusion on the surface of fusion. In the case the cellular polystyrene pattern consists of several elements manufactured in the molds. |
