PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a fabricating method thereof are provided to form the second conductive film corresponding to a non light emitting area on one area of the first conductive film, thereby configuring a cathode electrode of a double film structure. CONSTITUTION: A pixel unit(100) is composed of pixels(110). A cathode electrode(120) includes the first conductive film(121) and the second conductive film(122). The first conductive film is a plate type on a front side of the pixel unit. The second conductive film is formed on the first conductive film. The second conductive film is selectively formed on the first conductive film by using a fine metal mask having an opening.
