The invention concerns to obtaining of monocrystals of complex oxides. A method for fusing of monocrystals of complex oxides comprises the loading of charge in furnace hopper, placing its above crucible is coaxial with last, with subsequent heating, moving of obtained smelt into crucible by overflowing through aperture in bottom of hopper, keeping of smelt, then crucible is cooled, starting with its bottom part. At that, is used induction furnace, placed in vacuum chamber in which make necessary gas environment, furnace is heated with rate 500-700 degree/hour to melting of charge in hopper, smelt is keeped in crucible during 0.3-0.6 hours, then bottom part of crucible is derived downwards from inductor coil on 25 % of its height, keeping in such position 0.15-0.25 hours. The furnace is completely cutoff at once after removing of crucible from inductor coil and keeping at fusing of charge of low-temperature monocrystals. And at fusing of charge of high-temperature monocrystals at first the furnace is cooled with rate 300-500 degree/hour to 1200±50 °С, and then heating is completely switched. The use of the invention allows to reduce power inputs and to increase live service of crucible from precious metals. |
