PURPOSE: An improved cyclical variation adsorption method is provided to reduce pressure drop and the amount of purge gas required for reproduction, and to decrease normal driving time. CONSTITUTION: An improved cyclical variation adsorption method includes the following steps of: determining the time required for completion of an operation mode; performing the process according to the total amount of the supplied gas compound; monitoring the concentration of an adsorbate; expecting the time required for the completion of the operation mode from the concentration monitored; changing at least one or more reproduction mode operation condition; and completing the reproduction mode and a concurrent operation mode. |
