The device has a base equipped with perforations (23, 33) permitting to evacuate a whey, where the base is composed of upper and lower elements (2, 3). A part of upper walls (20, 30) of the elements (2, 3) has throats (21, 31) that define one to two bands (22, 32) in which the perforations (22, 33) are practiced, where the perforations are opened at an interior of the elements (2, 3), respectively. The perforations of one of the elements are arranged opposite to the throats of the other element, where the device is manufactured by single molding operation of the plastic material.
