The system has a data file (1) for pre-distributing data near partner servers (5) based on parameters comprising characteristics related to each server, a state of a computerized communication network (2), anterior downloading statistics, and projected downloading demand of the data. The data file is accessible from a client terminal by downloading the data across a connection at partner server terminals. Downloading times of the data from the parameters are determined from the partner servers towards the client terminal.
