PURPOSE: A vehicle license plate with a LED light is provided to check the overspeed and to increase the exterior by lighting various colors. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle license plate with a LED light comprises a light guide plate(102) and a screen plate(104). The light guide plate includes a LED housing(110) and a sheet paper. The LED emitting white light is installed in the LED housing. The sheet paper has printed letter with specific color and is attached to the light guide plate. The screen plate includes the LED housing and the sheet paper. The LED light emitting green, red and blue color is installed in the LED housing.
