PURPOSE: A buoyant water sealing wall including a water sealing member is provided to block the water flowing in between the bank member and the concrete structure and the guide member and to prevent the damage of the water sealing member. CONSTITUTION: A buoyant water sealing wall(80) including a water sealing member comprises a housing(10), a housing protective plate(20), and a water sealing member(70). The housing is formed in the concrete structure(C). The housing protective plate is formed in the upper of the bank member(2). The housing protective plate is formed it puts on the housing the water level of a river is low. The water sealing member is made of the front side water sealing member(50), and the side water sealing member(60). The front side water sealing member forms twelveth joints(31,41). The side water sealing member is connected to the both sides of the front side water sealing member into one body. The side water sealing member forms the third joint(61).
