PURPOSE: An automatic lighting and lighting-out apparatus for a lighting lamp are provided to light out a lighting lamp by zero crossing detection, thereby preventing a high voltage from being applied to a circuit element. CONSTITUTION: A zero crossing detection unit(200) detects an input side of a power supply unit(100). A sensor(300) for body perception senses a front action by a radar sensor. A small signal amplifier(400) amplifies a signal inputted from the sensor for body perception. A signal matching unit(500) stabilizes a frequency amplified from the small signal amplifier and converts it into a DC signal.
