PURPOSE: A local overheating prevention structure of a rotation soup pot is provided to improve heat efficiency by preventing heat loss by a thermal-insulation layer formed on an inner circumference of an outer container. CONSTITUTION: A local overheating prevention structure includes a rotation soup pot and a cover member. The rotation soup pot heats an inner container by transferring heat to a flame heating space(130). The exhaust gas is discharged through an exhaust hole(150) formed on a side of an outer container. The large amount of food is moved by rotating an upper inlet of a main body. A heating transmission member(140) is installed on an upper circumference of the inner container. The cover member(124) forms a thermal-insulation layer(122). |
