The device has holders (2) comprising a carrier column (4) and moved on a carrier surface (1) in a desired position. Connecting mechanisms (9) are fixed at the carrier column. The connecting mechanisms comprise a connecting element (26) for connection with a carrier head (10) arranged corresponding to the desired position and resting against a workpiece (12) i.e. sheet metal part. The connecting element is adjusted by adjustment of deviation of the holders from the desired position. The connecting element exhibits the carrier surface for the carrier head. |
