<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper blade with a hood for snow, allowing replacement of blade rubber, and preventing a damage of a glass surface by a distal end part and contact of the distal end part with a vehicle body. <P>SOLUTION: In this wiper blade 1, a mounting part 12 of the blade rubber 2 is fitted and mounted in a storing part 23 of a vertebra 22 of a supporting member 3 after a cylindrical hood 4 is mounted on an outer periphery of the supporting member 3 and an end part of the hood 4 is bonded to an outer periphery of an end cap 5 mounted at an end part of the vertebra 22. By forming openings in front and rear end faces and lower face of the end cap 5, the mounting part 12 can be mounted in the storing part 23, in even a state of the end cap 5 being mounted on the vertebra 22. The blade rubber 2 is provided with a collar part 13 arranged to be adjacent to an end face of the vertebra 22 and both front and rear end parts 14 and 15 extended from the collar part 13.
