<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a health food containing garlic as a main component by which the effects on ameliorating poor circulation are improved more. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the health food containing garlic as the main component includes obtaining a condensed product by adding the garlic to a wild grass juice, and heating and condensing the resultant mixture, obtaining a primarily fermented product by adding a first animal component, an enzyme solution and yeast to the condensed product, and fermenting the resultant mixture, subsequently obtaining a secondary fermented product by adding a second animal component, seaweeds, cereals and fermentative bacteria to the primarily fermented product, and carrying out the fermentation and aging, and fermenting and drying the secondary fermented product. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
